Submit ManuscriptThe Trento Student Law Review encourages submissions from legal scholars, practitioners and students on any topic of interest to the legal community. Authors are invited to submit papers for this journal through the Open Journal System platform of the Review.
The Trento Student Law Review will evaluate submissions solely on the basis of their quality. If you are interested in submitting your work to be published on the Trento Student Law Review, please follow the submission process at this link.
The Trento Student Law Review accepts legal articles:
- in Italian or English;
- with a length of 5,000 to 20,000 words (including footnotes);
- including an abstract (150-300 words) and 5 keywords. In case of an English-written article, both must be in English. Otherwise, both an English and an the original language version must be provided;
- complying with anonymity precautions - To facilitate our anonymous review process, please confine your name, affiliation, biographical information, and acknowledgments to a separate cover page. The body of the write-up must not contain any identification of the author(s) or their institutional affiliation. Please include the manuscript’s title on the first text page;
- in Microsoft Word (.docx) or Apache OpenOffice (.odt).
Footnotes should conform to the latest edition of the Maroonbook. Please use footnotes rather than endnotes.
With regard to editorial criteria, authors must refer to this template.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Review. Submitted articles will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
There are no publication fees (article processing charges or APCs) to publish with the Trento Student Law Review.
